As these requests cover a broad range of work that can be customized to your business needs, we ask that you provide as much detail as possible in the description section of the request. This will help us provide you with the quickest and best results.

These are just a few examples of how you can use these requests, you are not limited.
After following the new request form, you will be lead through a series of different questions depending on your previous choices. This will help make sure no essential information is left out so the Digi team can make sure that the work the are giving back to you is a true representation of your business.
Reference images are very useful to the Digi team with these request types as they can give them a good idea of what you have in mind but they are not essential.

We offer all of these request types as part of your unlimited subscription.
Time scales:
Complex designs, video edits or animations may take longer than the average 48 hours however you will be informed of estimated times scales when the project is taken into processing.
What we don't do:
Our digital services are unlimited and ultra-powerful. However, there are certain types of requests that fall outside our skill set, take months of work or have a cost of £20,000+ so we do NOT support the following types of requests within the monthly subscription.
- Programming & coding
- Software development (Coming Soon)
- CAD projects
- Complex photo manipulation
- Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
- Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
- File formats outside of our supported file types
- Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive.
We are always willing to tackle requests that are within reason, and we will let you know if a request does not fall within our skill set as soon as possible.
