The first thing we do when you subscribe, is set you as a user on our tailor-built Digi portal.

You will be led through an easy-to-use branding setup. If you already have a brand outline, you can share it with us, or if you don't, not to worry, this becomes our first request. We do this first to make sure you are getting the most effective digital service, ensuring the top-quality digital assets you receive are aligned with your business goals.

Start offloading your to-do list on to the portal as requests.

Your new requests will start showing up on your dashboard.
Your new requests will start showing up on your dashboard. The system makes it easy to send requests with tailored fields, giving you a helping hand and making sure our designers have all the information they need to make amazing work, including what requests you would like prioritizing.
The 6 request categories included are:
-Business Set up. - An example of this would be to set up a Facebook page or Youtube channel for you.
-Business Access. - These requests allow us start managing your social media platforms on your behalf.
-Graphic Design / Video Animations. - This our most popular category where people request anything from a new logo to animated adverts.
-Websites/ Emails are the next section. You get a free domain name and free hosting as well as a new, optimized website built making this one of most valuable sections included to your subscription.
-The last 2 categories are Content Writing and Business Strategy.
Our turn
Next, the Digi Team will make a request active by putting it into the 'requests being worked on' section of your dashboard, (depending on the number of subscriptions you have with us, will depend on how many requests can be active in this section at any one time. 1 subscription equates to 1 active request, 2 subscriptions equated to 2 active requests and so on) within 24-48 hours, you will get an update on your request, this is where you get access to the work we have done and leave your feedback, if you love it, amazing, if you need something tweaking (for example: spelling issue), just let us know. You have unlimited revisions so we won't start another request until the one we are working on is perfect for you.
Once your 100% happy the requests will move to the "Completed Requests" Section of your dashboard and will be logged in date submitted order.
Communication
At any stage of the requests, you can communicate directly with us through the comment section on each request. All communication is done through this app, so no need to worry about checking emails, slack, skype, facebook messenger, watssapp, dms.....or any thing else.
